Also, in a classroom setting when a grade is based on the finished product, students can become scared; in return, this can hurt their learning development. Educators can play a significant role in nurturing this mindset by providing constructive feedback, celebrating progress, and framing failures as part of the learning process.
I chose this GIF because the woman is trying to teach someone that it is okay to fail. Failing comes naturally, as the learning process does not.
